該試劑盒提供了足夠的大腸桿菌gyrase酶、質(zhì)粒DNA底物、緩沖液和其他100種化驗(yàn)成分。酶的濃度提供5 U /μl稀釋緩沖。該套件還提供了足夠的清洗緩沖一個96孔板。這些緩沖液是20倍的濃縮物，使用前必須用超純水稀釋。The kit is supplied with sufficient E. coli gyrase enzyme, plasmid DNA substrate, buffers and other assay components for 100 assays. The enzyme is supplied at a concentration of 5 U/μl in Dilution Buffer. The kit is also supplied with sufficient wash buffers for one 96-well plate. These buffers are supplied as 20X concentrates and must be diluted with ultra pure water prior to use.
